QUIET SEASON
October – March
2 night minimum ~ $215.00 per night

SUMMER SEASON
April – September
2 night minimum ~ $285.00 per night

HOLIDAYS
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve
3 night minimum ~ $265.00 per night

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in after 3:30 pm and check out by 11:30 am

PETS
Small pets by permission.

PAYMENT & RESERVATION POLICY
We accept checks only
We require 50% deposit at time of booking,
due with return of Rental Agreement. Remaining
50% balance due 10 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival
forfeit deposit if we are unable to re-book
Cancellations within 10 days of arrival forfeit
entire balance if we are unable to re-book.

Orcas Island is just a short ferry ride from Anacortes,
or fly with either San Juan Airlines or Kenmore Air seaplanes.
